We are not responsible if any anti-raid bot (e.g., Beemo, Security, Wick, Vortex, etc.) kicks or bans your tokens. No refunds or replacements will be provided in such cases.
Do not change bot permissions or remove the bot during a deal. If problems occur due to your actions, we will not be liable for refunds or replacements.
We are not liable to refund or replace tokens if your server is pruned by an admin, nuked, or terminated by Discord.
Before using our services, ensure that any anti-nuke bot (e.g., Wick, Flantic) that kicks unverified bots is removed. If the bot is kicked immediately after the key is used, we will only replace the key once for the remaining amount of joins.
